Abstract (EN)

What is the context and demands of the corporate management in the area of corporate social responsibility and why it is important and how to limit, so called, pathological power of modern corporation, are the key questions that would be elaborated in this paper. Following what was previously said, in the paper we will try to find answers concerning questions that comes from those that criticize corporate social responsibility and some of them are: Why should we be moral (honest)? Why should we do what is correct, especially when a lot of market actors make a profit doing the opposite? On the other hand, one of the starting thesis is that one small number of the supporters of social responsibility try to "explain" that those questions are obsolete and the key argument is that the company can perform well even if does business (i) honestly. In other words, firms can gain profit even if they make business responsibly relating to other stakeholders and environment.
