Computer education has more than one ambiguous goal and therefore policy implementation in this field is growing very complex. Other factors are: the multiplicity of implementing agents, changes in social and political climate, rapid development of new technologies and the difficulty in substituting informatics for existing courses. A better knowledge of these problems, and the use of findings of in-built evaluation mechanisms can make implementation strategies more effective.Subjects / Keywords
