Abstract (EN)In this paper we present novel techniques that play an important role in identifying and evaluating crucial knowledge. We have developed an entire method for the identification and the evaluation that consists of three phases which we describe briefly in this paper. We present in detail the first phase that construct the set of knowledge of reference using GAMETH® framework. We also present a model for evaluating knowledge in respect to a convenient subset of criteria. The method has been applied and validated in a car company.
