Abstract (EN)

This chapter introduces an approach aiming to evaluate the level of tacit knowledge consideration during collaborative decision-making processes within information systems. The presented approach relies on original theories in the area of collaborative decision-making and information systems. The link between knowledge management and information systems for collaborative decision-making can be considered as an accepted source of improvements by the organizations. Research has shown that considering tacit knowledge within information systems improves collaborative decision-making. Evaluating the level of tacit knowledge consideration during collaborative decision-making processes within information systems could improve these processes. The approach is illustrated with a case study, which has currently been tested within several large companies, and which could be improved in future studies.
