Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this article is to reconstruct the expansion and consolidation process of outsourcing in Chile, as an analytical operator of the transformations of work in recent decades. The article highlights the specific institutional support that has sustained this process, analyzing the neoliberal refounding of the labour law carried out in the repressive context of the dictatorship (1973-1990), and the law 20.123 of 2006 that regulates outsourcing and reproduces the reformist logic since 1990. In addition to the analytical reconstruction of this process, the article describes the evolution of concrete forms of outsourcing to their current status.Subjects / Keywords
