Abstract (FR)
Cette introduction propose une lecture croisée des trois articles qui composent le dossier thématique que la revue Sociologie du travail consacre à la formation professionnelle continue. En prêtant attention aux acteurs de la formation, à leurs interdépendances et leurs responsabilités respectives, de même qu’aux environnements institutionnels dans lesquels se déploie la formation, elle développe deux axes d’analyse transversaux. Le premier questionne l’interdépendance entre cadre institutionnel et pratiques organisationnelles ; le second interroge les régimes de responsabilité en matière de formation continue sous l’angle de leur éventuelle spécificité sociétale.
Abstract (EN)
This introduction offers a cross-reading of the three articles gathered in the thematic issue that Sociologie du travail devotes to continuing vocational training. While focusing on the actors involved in training, their interdependencies and respective responsibilities, as well as on the institutional environments in which training takes place, it develops two transversal lines of analysis. The first examines the interdependence between institutional frameworks and organisational practices, whereas the second one addresses the regimes of responsibility involved in the field of continuing vocational training from the point of view of their possible societal specificity.
