dc.description.abstractenThe subject matter on ethics has been recovered from philosophy due to the frequency that young executives show egotistic attitudes in detriment to concern towards others. This egocentric attitude leads to the vanishment of interest for the institution itself. On the other hand, the organizations have also failed in responding to the interests of the individuals. The author expresses his uneasiness towards a world oriented to economic values and proposes a renewal of ethics in relations inside the organizations, based upon the development of what he calls individual ethics articulated to collective ethics.
