Ce document présente une théorie générale des organisations basée sur le modèle initiale de Mintzberg, avec 40% de modifications de l'auteur pour tenir compte des avancées des recherches en organisation, et pour tenir compte du fait que les organisations elles-mêmes ont changé.

This document presents a general organization theory. It is based on the initial model by Mintzberg, with about 40% modifications to account for knowledge produced by organization research, and due to the fact the organizations themselvs have changed.
